2016 Another Dynamic Year Full of Activity

Hacienda saw another busy year in 2016 with significant new tenancy, expansions, acquisitions and more. Roche Molecular Systems continued with the development of their new three-story, 70,700 square foot building on its existing Hacienda campus, which will be completed in the early part of 2017. Hacienda also saw continued progress on three major residential projects: two by Essex and a third by Summerhill.

Added to this was another year of strong absorption with accompanying investment in existing facilities. Substantial improvements were made to accommodate such Hacienda luminaries as Ellie Mae and Zeltiq. Additional work was performed to bring in retailer Orchard Supply Hardware and other singular projects such as Pulte Homes new Northern California headquarters and design center.
