From Thursday, November 15th to Saturday, November 17th, the ValleyCare Foundation is pleased to present Christmas Tree Lane 2007. This special three-day event is a fundraiser for the expansion of ValleyCare's Emergency Room and will help continue the operations of the ValleyCare Health Library and Ryan Comer Cancer Resource Center.
More than a dozen trees, wreathes, garlands and vignettes will be lavishly decorated to create a breathtaking array of color and lights. This three-day celebration kicks off with a Winter Wonderland Family Stroll on Thursday evening featuring visits with Santa Claus and a Secret Santa Shoppe. Friday's festivities include a morning tea followed by an evening of entertainment, dinner and silent auction. The festivities conclude the following day with a luncheon, live entertainment and drawing for the trees. All events will be held at the Palm Event Center in Pleasanton.
There are several ways for Hacienda affiliates to participate. Different sponsorship levels are available; and gifts-in-kind donations as well as tree, wreath and vignette decorators are needed. A number of recognition opportunities are available to event supporters.
