The luncheon will provide attendees with a unique presentation on thriving in any and every kind of chaos you or your company may encounter. This luncheon is a special presentation from the Pleasanton Chamber who annually present a number of events designed to benefit businesses.

Speaker Background

Senior Chief Tom Shea (ret.) served for 23 years as a Navy SEAL. In 2009, he led a Navy SEAL Team into Afghanistan, earned a Silver Star, Bronze Star with Valor, Army Commendation with Valor, a second Combat Action Medal and upon return was appointed Officer in Charge of the famed SEAL Sniper Course, where his two-year leadership resulted in greater graduation rates and overall scores. Today, Shea is CEO of Adamantine Alliance, a unique leadership and human performance organization that helps companies, CEO's and individuals achieve new heights of performance. He has spoken to, and worked with, more than 180 corporations and organizations across the country.
