The City of Pleasanton welcomes the entire community for their annual Hometown Holiday Celebration. This highly anticipated event is a perfect opportunity to gather together at a particularly festive time of year. Neighbors, friends, and family are invited to come and be a part of this special annual tradition!

Event Details

The Hometown Holiday Celebration will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm along Main Street in downtown Pleasanton. Main street will be closed at 3:30 pm to start preparations for the celebration, and at 5:00 pm the parade will begin. Parade watchers can expect to see floats, marching bands, community groups, and, of course, Mr. and Mrs. Clause. Following the parade's conclusion at approximately 6:45 pm, a tree lighting ceremony featuring live music, Pleasanton Mayor Jerry Thorne, and Santa Claus himself will take place at the Pleasanton arch on Main Street.
