Axis Community Health, with a clinic in Hacienda, is now open for anyone 16 and older to receive a Covid-19 vaccination. Local, easy to schedule Covid-19 vaccinations are available at Axis Community Health. Simply call 925-462-1755 to make an appointment. Drive-through or walk-up appointments for for those 16 and older are available at the Axis Livermore and Pleasanton clinics, with options for different days and times from which to choose. The Pleasanton clinic is conveniently located in Hacienda.

Vaccine Choices

Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are all offered and all are welcome. Vaccines are free, and no insurance card is needed. Axis expert staff can also accommodate patients in multiple languages. Schedule today to set your appointment and make a safe return to rejoin family and friends!
