BRILLIANCE AT THE BANKHEAD THEATER ANNUAL GALA

Join the Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center for Brilliance at the Bankhead; an elegant night of delicious food, full bar, silent and live auctions, and more at their popular annual sell-out event! The Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center (LVPAC) is an independent, 501(c)3, non-profit organization that operates three spaces: the Bankhead Theater, the Bothwell Arts Center and Downtown Art Studios. The mission of LVPAC is to offer a broad range of arts opportunities and experiences to engage a diverse community.

Event Details

This year's event will take place at the Bankhead Theater at 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021 and will feature Vanessa Williams; one of the most respected and multi-faceted performers in the entertainment industry today with her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Vanessa Williams has topped the charts in a range of genres and her eight studio albums have included her smash hits "Save the Best for Last," and "Colors of the Wind" from Disney’s Pocahontas, for which she was honored with a Golden Globe, a Grammy and the Academy Award for Best Original Song. For the performance, Vanessa Williams will be accompanied by the Livermore-Amador Symphony. In addition to the feature entertainment, the gala includes dinner and live music on the plaza before the show, as well as live and silent auctions.

Donations of auction items are appreciated and may be submitted by August 20, 2021. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center.
