The Pleasanton Community of Character Collaborative is hosting their Summer Barbecue Fundraiser. The Mission of the Pleasanton Community of Character is to create a community culture that is built on values, goodwill and community-accepted character traits through inspirational, motivational and recognition programs. Join the Pleasanton Community of Character to work together to fund college scholarships for local youth who demonstrate exceptional character traits.

Event Details

On Saturday August 19, 2023 the public is invited to a special barbecue hosted in the beautiful back yard of former police captain Craig Eicher at 3649 Chelsea Court, Pleasanton, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. Join in on the opportunity to hear from Pleasanton Unified School District Superintendent David Haglund and support the Community of Character as they raise funds for the Community of Character Scholarship, created in memory of Juanita Haugen. Attendess will be able to enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner and participate in a silent auction. All of the event ticket price and proceeds from the auction items will be dedicated to scholarships as the evening event costs are donated by the Community of Character Board of Directors.
