You are invited to hear from county leaders at the State of the East Bay. This special event featuring county supervisors from both Alameda and Contra Costa counties will provide a great opportunity to hear about key business and government initiatives in the area. This event is being hosted by East Bay Economic Development Alliance, East Bay Leadership Council, and Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group; three key organizations working with the business community in the East Bay and Tri-Valley.

State of the East Bay

Please join the President of the Alameda County Board of Supervisors, Nate Miley, and the Chair of the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, John Gioia, as they come together for the annual State of the East Bay. The event will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023 at 9:00 am. Join local elected officials, business leaders and community members for this special online presentation.

Presentations

The State of the East Bay will feature discussions regarding regional initiatives including health care, infrastructure investment, workforce development, housing affordability, and continued economic competitiveness. After presentations from both Supervisors a question and answer session will be held moderated by Danny Wan, Port of Oakland Executive Director.
