Park Activity

• Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall vacancy increased slightly for the month to 15% led by a decrease in office occupancy. Hacienda welcomed new tenant Ichen Art Academy in January.

• Development {Summary of development approvals and project construction information} Construction continues on the St. Anton and Essex projects in addition to major tenant improvements for Veeva, Astex Pharmaceuticals, Ellie Mae and Axis Community Health.
