Park Activity

• Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Occupancy increased slightly month over month to end the year at 14.8% despite a slight increase in retail vacancy. Significant new tenant announcements during the second half of 2014 included new space for: Ellie Mae, Veeva, Astex Pharmaceuticals, Standard Pacific Homes, TriNet and Innovate Pleasanton.
