JULY 2018 ACTIVITY SUMMARY

We are pleased to present this monthly report on development activity within Hacienda. All report data are updated periodically and new information is posted to our web site as soon as it is publicly available.

  • Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy decreased slightly for the month to 91.79% owing to an increase in Office space vacancy to 8.43% and an increase in Office/Flex space vacancy to 14.56%. Retail space vacancy decreased to 0.69%. Hacienda welcomed new tenants over the last month: 21 Staff LLC, ACCI, Alliance Home Health Care, B&W Distributors Inc, Citrus Bits, DevCool, Favorite Run Inc, Jarratt Martin Law LLP, Lawyers Title Company, National Electrical Contractors Association - NorCal Chapter, Amador Bioscience Inc., Bay Area Premier Mortgage, Bosch Rexroth Corporation, DB Local Digital Marketing, Guild Mortgage, IMOK Global, Lucid CPS, R&S Lance Holding Company LLC, Simbiosys, Spring Music Academy, Unitalen IP Consulting LLC, and WB Engineers & Consultants.

  • Development {Summary of development approvals and project construction information} Construction continues at the Summerhill Andares residential project on W. Las Positas Boulevard. Tenant improvement work is also continuing for new businesses at the Rosewood Commons project, and at 5959 W. Las Positas Boulevard. Construction work is now completed at the new Starbucks facility at 5900 Owens Drive.

  • Sales {Summary of project sales}: The sale of Sunol Center I, 5672 Stoneridge Drive, was completed in June.
