The following overview will provide you with information on the most recent Hacienda activity pertaining to occupancy, tenants, sales and regional data of interest. Please also refer to selections found under the Project Overview section of our web site for related information.

Park Activity

• Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy increased slightly for the month to 92.99% owing to a decrease in Office/Flex space vacancy to 13.51%. Both Office space vacancy and Retail space vacancy remained the same month over month at 6.82% and 1.15% respectively. Hacienda welcomed new tenants over the last month: Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation, Sylvan Learning of Pleasanton, Bosch Rexroth Corporation, and Spring Music Academy.

• Development {Summary of development approvals and project construction information} Construction continues at the Summerhill Andares residential project on W. Las Positas Boulevard. Tenant improvement work is also continuing for new businesses at the Rosewood Commons project, at 5959 W. Las Positas Boulevard and at 5900 Owens Drive.

• Sales {Summary of project sales}: The sale of Sunol Center I, 5672 Stoneridge Drive, was completed in June.
