Park Activity
Occupancy and Major Tenant Transactions {Summary of occupancy information and major tenant activity} Overall occupancy increased for the month to 92.86% owing to a decrease in Office space vacancy to 6.80%. Office/Flex space vacancy and Retail space vacancy remained constant at 13.85% and 1.89% respectively. Hacienda welcomed new tenants over the last month: Medrio and Turbo Technologies.
Development {Summary of development approvals and project construction information} Construction continues at the Summerhill Andares residential project on W. Las Positas Boulevard. Tenant improvement work is also continuing for new businesses at the Rosewood Commons project, at 5959 W. Las Positas Boulevard and at 5900 Owens Drive.
