Thomas A. Lenz, who serves multiple ABC California chapters as legal counsel and the National ABC organization on various committees, accepted the award on behalf of the firm at the annual Excellence in Construction Awards ceremony on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. "We're honored to receive ABC's Diversity Excellence Award again this year," according to Managing Partner Jim Baca. "AALRR is committed to building and maintaining a culture of diversity and inclusion. We're pleased with the progress we've made, and we vow to continue to increase representation in the firm at all levels."

Since March 2020, the law firm has hosted The Morning Fix, a complimentary 30-minute webinar held each Tuesday at 10:00 am that tackles areas of concern and uncertainty to help employers understand their options, obligations, and what areas to focus on while operating during a pandemic and beyond.
