AgreeYa Solutions is a leading global provider of software, solutions, and services to global small, medium, and Fortune 100 organizations. In October, the company was honored with one platinum and three gold TITAN Business Awards recognizing the breadth and depth of its offerings. The TITAN Business Awards is a prestigious international program recognizing organizations globally whose contributions have gone above and beyond in their sector.
“It is truly an honor to receive top recognitions across four distinct categories this year,” according to Ajay Kaul, Managing Partner at AgreeYa Solutions. “AgreeYa works hard to provide its customers with solutions that help transform and scale their businesses while optimizing operations. These awards underscore the effectiveness and quality of our software and solutions in solving complex problems and delivering measurable and meaningful ROI.”
The wins included Best IT Software/System (Platinum) for driving success through omnichannel collections with Cogent, its powerful receivables, collections, and litigation management software. As technology has continued to reshape the collections space, AgreeYa has invested in making Cogent more robust and advanced while still simple to use, scale, and operate. In the last three years, AgreeYa has significantly upgraded the product, bringing in industry best practices, technological advancements, and staying up to date with constantly changing regulatory and government compliance requirements. The newest version helps customers implement omnichannel strategies into receivables and collections workflows, enabling them to accelerate recovery rates, increase collections and remain compliant while projecting a human image to debtors.
The company received the Most Innovative IT Company of the Year (Gold) award for the development of an app for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that helped a government agency track and monitor the progress of 18,000 ADA compliance issues spread across more than 900 county facilities. The app was built leveraging the customer’s Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Power Automate. Key results included a 61% reduction in reporting time and a 36% increase in process productivity with automated alerts.
AgreeYa was awarded IT Service Provider of the Year (Gold) for its hybrid workweek management app, which enabled a government agency to overcome challenges as it transitioned staff from remote work back to in-person work. The app empowered the organization to separate employees into different teams or cohorts and schedule their workdays in the office and from home. It also enabled employees to schedule office visits, provided transparency of employee work schedules to managers, supported facilities managers as they worked to support social-distancing norms, and provided human resource departments with an easy way to track employee whereabouts.
The award for Best Technical Support Solutions (Gold) recognized the company’s self-service Microsoft Teams management app that empowered the employees of a technology giant to manage, restructure, and migrate content within Microsoft Teams on their own without any IT dependency. The solution also enabled users to mitigate data redundancy issues while addressing data security and compliance challenges resulting from prior efforts of migrating from Slack to Microsoft Teams. The app resulted in an 89% increase in overall adoption, contained content sprawl, improved the accessibility of data in Microsoft Teams, and enabled IT to govern Microsoft Teams content better, according to company officials.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Folsom, California, the company opened its Hacienda office in February 2011. AgreeYa has more than 2,200 professionals helping clients meet changing market conditions, stimulate growth, optimize costs, and create lasting value, officials say.
