PLEASANTON, Calif. — Tenant activity has proceeded at a good pace for the first few weeks of the second quarter and construction activity for tenant improvements is proceeding at several locations. Net positive absorption has continued month over month since the beginning of the year. Recent transactions have likewise moved vacancy rates for both Office and Retail space slightly lower than where they stood at the close of 2017.
"The Tri-Valley market is still seeing a good amount of activity and indications are that we will continue to see the benefits of a strong regional economy. We continue to watch existing tenants expand and see new businesses enter the local market from out of the area" notes James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "The investment market has likewise been good so far this year and discussions continue on new development opportunities."

CooperVision Creates Specialty Eye Care Business Unit, Names Juan Carlos Aragon as its President
