This centers' services include complete family care and checkups, occupational medicine, sports medicine, preventative care and immunizations, women's health and urgent care. X-ray and laboratory facilities are on-site. New patients are welcome and same-day appointments are available.

This clinic's services include occupational medicine with employment and DOT physical exams, adult immunizations, ergonomic evaluations, and drug screening. Industrial medicine services include Workers Compensation treatment and acute injury care. There is on-site diagnostic radiology, a laboratory, and X-ray and EKG equipment. A physician is on duty for occupational and family health needs. No appointment is necessary.

This full-service medical center has departments for medical and surgical services, ICU/CCU, a skilled nursing facility, a senior psychiatric services facility, x-ray and diagnostic imaging, nuclear medicine, and an outpatient laboratory. Children's services include pediatrics, a birthing center and nursery, and parenting programs for Lamaze, new moms, breast-feeding and infant care.

Emergency services are in Pleasanton and urgent care services in Livermore. Outpatient services include speech pathology, occupational health, outpatient surgery, physical and sports medicine, and an ambulatory pharmacy clinic. A new service, SART (Sexual Assault Response Team) provides care for victims of sexual assault. There are lifestyle education and services with arthritis pool program, asthma program, cholesterol management, chronic disease management, diabetes education, sports, weight management, and cardiac rehabilitation. The hospital auxiliary runs thrift and gift shops in Livermore and a gift shop in Pleasanton to raise funds for the hospital.

Services include general adult medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and pregnancy, geriatrics, medical advice, immunizations, physical examinations, family planning, TB testing, and HIV/AIDS testing. There are behavioral health services for adults and children, Senior Support comprehensive services, drug and alcohol counseling for youth and adults, and DUI (Driving Under the Influence) first-time offender program. The WIC program (Women's, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food and Nutrition Education) and the Family Crisis Services, providing emergency food to low- and fixed-income and homeless families, are under the auspices of the health clinic. Health center services are free or low-cost on sliding scale depending on family income and size. Insurance, Med-Cal, Medicare and credit cards are accepted. All services are provided by licensed and credentialed professionals. Spanish is spoken.

This hospital is a regional center for children with life-threatening illnesses, including premature infants weighing no more than a pound, and is a leading research center on children's health issues. The hospital offers pediatric care including cardiology, genetics and craniofacial medical services. This birthing center has been open since 1997 offering an emotionally and medically-safe alternative to hospital birth. The home provides water birth option for labor and birth and is staffed by a nurse, pediatrician and a midwife.

Diagnostics

This magnetic resonance imaging facility uses equipment that is open so that the patient can see all around throughout the exam. There is a minimal amount of noise from the magnet and the environment is relaxing.

End-Of-Life and Bereavement Services

The hospice provides end-of-life care and grief support, to meet the dying patient's physical needs, and support their emotional, social, and spiritual needs as well. Patients with any type of end-stage disease are eligible for hospice care when their attending physician determines that they have a life expectancy of six months or less. Regular home visits are made. Telephone advice and emergency care is available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hospice supports the family at the time of death, through the funeral process, and for up to 18 months following the loss with personalized grief support from the Hope Hospice bereavement program. Care is provided regardless of the ability to pay.
