New Tenants, New Projects in Hacienda Create Active 2013

St. Anton began construction on their new 168 unit community on W. Las Positas Boulevard. Mercedes Benz, tenants in Hacienda for nearly thirty years, completed the construction of their new facility on Owens Drive. Sares Regis received approval for the Residences at California Center, 305 units of housing and 7,500 square feet of retail.
