Located in the heart of Southern California's Orange County, Knott's Berry Farm is an iconic California theme park featuring dozens of rides, shows and attractions in five themed areas. What began as a working berry farm has grown to become one of the most popular theme parks in the world, attracting over 3.6 million visitors last year, and discounted admissions are available to anyone working or living in Hacienda.
The Old West Ghost Town is the heart of the park where bandits are always looking for trouble. Camp Snoopy is home to Snoopy and the PEANUTS gang. Fiesta Village features rides, restaurants, and games with a Mexican theme. Indian Trails showcases Native American art, crafts, and dance. Most of the park's thrill rides can be found on The Boardwalk, including the park's new "4-D" interactive ride, Voyage to the Iron Reef, which lets riders grab a freeze ray and join the battle to save Knott's from the mysterious creatures that are emerging from the waters beneath. The attraction reacts to participant's actions, making each interactive voyage a different experience. In addition to battling the Kraken Queen and her hundreds-strong aquatic army, riders compete head-to-head to see who can blast the most creatures.
Adjacent to the park is the Knott's Berry Farm Hotel, which provides luxurious accommodations for both business and leisure. This 320-room deluxe property features a SNOOPY-themed wing, fitness center, a pool with children's activity area, lighted sports courts, and many other amenities. Dining options include Amber Waves, specializing in All-American fare, and hotel room service. A variety of affordable family vacation packages are available as well.
For those interested in getting their feet wet, Knott's Soak City is a separately gated, 13-acre water adventure park immediately adjacent to the main park. Whimsically themed to Southern California beach towns of the 1950s, Soak City boasts 17 speed, tube and body slides including Pacific Spin featuring a six-story funnel; Tidal Wave Bay wave pool; the one-third-mile Sunset River; and the three-story Toyota Beach House, featuring water guns, nozzles, sprayers and other interactive surprises. Designed for maximum family appeal, Gremmie Lagoon is a hands-on water playground for our pint-sized surfers. Open daily Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, and weekends in September.
